Simultaneously, we would like our solutions to be protected and not passed on to third parties, especially to our competition. We inform that, according to art. 303, Law of June 30, 2000 on Industrial Property:
1. Anyone who usurps another’s authorship or misleads another party as to the authorship of another’s person inventive project, or otherwise infringes rights of the creator of an inventive project, shall be liable to a fine, limitation of freedom or imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year.
2. A person committing the act referred to in paragraph (1) for material profit or personal gain shall be liable to a fine, limitation of freedom or imprisonment for a period up to two years. Moreover, according to art. 303, Law of June30, 2000 in Industrial Property a patent holder, whose patent has been infringed or any person who is permitted by law to do so, may demand the infringing party to cease the infringement, to surrender the unlawfully obtained profits and in case of infringemen
